Hi all,

I strongly agree with what Amar Singh said...he got cheated in Shankarpally,Hyderabad and I was also in same place.
I has buyed a plot in Hyderabad at Sukrithi Nivas phase-I near to Sankarpally, payed Rs.4,00,000/- of the amount at April 2012, remaining half i need to pay at the time of registration which was after 45 days. Now they are saying there has been in getting HMDA approval for Sankarpally project due to delay in releasing for new master plan from govt. of AP. After approval of new master plan we will get Layout no. then only we can go for registration and it may delay up May 2013. But still they dont get LP No. of the above site, and now after seeing the site location there are no development.Please be careful before investing in these ventures.

I think it may take more time so what to do in this condition.

They has given me a agreement for 45 days.
I payed money through cheque and Credit card.
