Realiance — sim activation

i have given my sim for replacement and was asked by the relaince store to wait for 24 hours. now it is more than 4 days that my sim has not been activated. the services also given by your service providers are not proper, they themselves have no idea as to what is the problem with the sim. It is very immature behavior on their part . very disgusting i would seriously like port from it to a much bettr networks provided by vodafone. it is just a way of harresing your valuable customers and hunting money from there pockets i will not recoomend any of my frnds to go in for reliance.
