Dear Sir/Madom, I have done online banking recharge for my Videocon d2h customer id is 22285999. This recharge has not succeed. but amount of INR 1000+1000= 2000 (two times) is cut from my state bank of Hyderabad I have recharged from SBH internet banking. We would like to inform you that the said both transaction was failed, Bank will take 2-3 days to reconcile and the same will be credited back to your bank account within 4-5 working days. Kindly wait till banks reconciliation is over.
