Red Carpet — fraud took money for new card and haven't provided

It is a fraud company. I had paid rs 500 for the upgradation of my zeta card to ruby card. And they sent a mail to me that i would receive card in 1 week. But it been a month now. They dont have any helpline no. They just provide you their mail id i. E [protected]@redcarpetup.com. And after that they will not reply you at all. I had also paid 360 rs reloading charges but still the amount is not refunded. I have sent several mails to red carpet but they haven't find any solution. Kindly take strict action against them.
