Red Carpet — Red Carpet employee called me and threatened me

Dear Sir/ma'am,

I, Krishn Pratap Singh, took a credit of Rs 6500 from Red Carpet. Unfortunately, I failed to make payment EMI since August due to financial constraints, but now I was searching for a way to settle the amount at once to avoid the further interest amount. Yesterday, an Red Carpet employee called me and threatened me. I continuously asked the lady to send me the settlement amount details, so that I can pay the whole amount at once but she didn't agree to do so and threatened me to reduce my CIBIL score.

After that, she started calling my friends, relatives, and other contacts which were saved on my phone. And started telling them about this. These activities by the firm broke me from the inside and now I am unable to find how will I fix the relationship with my relatives and friends.

I have the phone call recording of my communication with Red Carpet's employee. Here I'm attaching it. Please save me from this trouble, and take strict action against Red Carpet, so that they will not repeat the same with any other innocent customer.

Hope you will take strict action and make my belief strong in the department.
