Red Chief — shoes inner material worn out

Hello team,
I am user of redchief shoes. Four month ago i purchsed shoes from paytm. And i am enjoying whenever i wear it. But last 2 week ago i found a inner heal portion is wornout. And it give pain whenever i wear it. I am shock how can it possible redchief is most trustable brand i think and i never use it roughly. But after this issue i cant trust on your brand. My requst to team is pls check my issue give me proper solution.
