Red Info Services — Defrauding by offering various skim

I got call from[protected] and offer me a SAMSUNG J5 white mobile Mobile on 50% off skim.
And they send a COD PARCEL via Indian Post Office. I got call from the post man that your COD PARCEL has arrived. Please come and get it. I had paid 3500 then I open the Parcel in Post Office. In Parcel there is NO SAMSUNG MOBILE, instead of it RED INFO SERVICES sent me a LAXMIJI STATUES.
when I call back to the RED INFO SERVICES then they not answering me.

Please Help me out.
