I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 21 july 2019 from ahmedabad to junagadh for dated 11 August 2019 that ticket amount is 286/- Rs. My ticket also not booked and money was deducted, i was complain customer care on this number [protected] they were note down my complain and send me mail for refund money within 7 days. On 22 july 11.02 AM my money was credited.. ₹286

I had booked a ticket for Pune-Bangalore. Money sent and deducted by money not received by red bus. My phone shows money debited. Please get my money refunded as soon as possible. I had paid 1500 k as the bus fare for 26th December from Pune-Bangalore.

Please refund my money as the earliest.
