Redbus — Bus Cancellation

I booked ticket on 26th December 2013 with journey date: 30-Dec-13. But Meghana Bus sent message that they have cancelled the Bus on that day. Refund is not yet done. When I spoke with Cust. Care they are telling that bus is not cancelled. I got SMS from +91 [protected] saying that " I am Meghana travels s.n:gdlr-005, hyd to giddalur cancel" at 11:30 PM. When I spoke with Meghana Travels, they are also accepting that Bus is cancelled on 30th Dec. So, why Red bus is updating like Meghana travels is faking.
