Redbus — Bus got cancelled by travels but redbus not refunding my money

I have booked ticket from redBus.in on 24/08/2015 for 10:00 PM but the bus was got cancelled by travel. I have raised cancellation request to redbus, they told me that travel denied to refund. then I called travels, they told that they have already send cancellation report to redbus, then I again sent a mail to redbus, again reply was same.
