Hi Team,
My name is Venkatesh .I booked a ticket last friday from chennai to hyderabad in sri tulasi travels.
I have booked a ticket for 12:00 PM. The Bus start time is at 9:15PM the same day.
But the Bus Operator called me and told me I had booked the ticket as a female beside.
I told i have booked wrongly to the female seat.But they told they will not allow to travel like that.
I have requested to adjust to another seat .He told me to buy a new ticket and travel.
Note:Instead of adjusting the ticket he was asking to buy a new ticket .He called multiple times and asked me to buy the ticket and he was very rude while talking.
I booked another ticket at night at 11Pm and I reached home the next day at 12 PM.
Please find the ticket attached in the email.
Please help us to serve better to passengers .This is not correct to deal with people like these
