[Resolved]  Redbus — customer feedback/reviewing/rating system not functional in redbus.in

I wanted to give my complaint about the recent travel about a bus operator that i booked through redbus.

But they do not have the feedback system properly. The drop down box does not list the travel i made. They just gave 120 characters to give my complaint.

Also i could not rate the operator about my travel experience. This make the bus operator bold enough to make the mistakes he makes again and again because there are no negative points and comments he can get via redbus that would affect him.

I just went ahead to create a login. That too was very difficult and i could not create a new login to register any complaints.

Following is the complaint i wanted to make.
[protected]. Kumaran travels. Ch-to-mdu. This bus operator tactically sends msg that bus will be 1 hour delayed just 45 minutes before the bus departure time. I waited at perungalathur since 10.30pm. They reached only at 12.35 all the way from koyembedu to perungalathur, taking nearly 2 hours to reach perungalathur.
In the meantime they stopped the bus at each point all the way from koyembedu to tambaram inside the city and solicited for passangers for higher rates. They also filled my seat with a higher amount when they reached perungalthur. I stood there at perungalathur for 2 hours.

After 2 hours of standing they just gave me a last vaccant seat and shut me up. Very worst tactics.
I booked 4 days ahead through online to just to get this kind of treatment?
Govt buses far more better than this.
