[Resolved]  Redbus — delay in bus arrival & total delay by 10 hours

My name is Jakshit & i have booked my tickets for journey from Amravati to Indore form Red bus site ( hans Travels ) journey date 7th may 2018.tim 9.30pm pick up time from amravati.

the bus came late by 3 hours & no intimation for the same being given by the operator moreover the driver took the bus in opposite direction towards badnera which is nearly 10-12 kms from pick up point the bus stopped their for lunch break till 2.20 pm ..

As per talk with the bus driver & his supporter the bus got failed & no substitute bus is available for the same .I was about to reach Indore by morning 7 am And its already in amravati till 3 am .. how could i reach to the bussiness meeting to be held at 10am.??

I left from there since its meaning less to do journey as i am already late

I will give 0 ratings to the bus ( hans Travels) as well as to red bus beacause of this very poor service .

i have attached by m ticket ...and i want my money back for the said jaourney so get cancelled . my seat no was 28

On checking we see that transaction had failed at banker's end and we did not receive the amount . As requested earlier kindly contact your relevant bank for details on refund.
