Redbus — High charges and poor in customer service | |||||
I was booked tickets from vijayawada to bangalore in redbus i given my details and amount is debited my card but ticket not confirmed, when i called to customer care they responded very late too much waiting time to talk to them and it's chargeable i spoken about 20 mins they saying that you made 3payment options in one transaction that's way ticket not booked then i asked for why you didn't intimate me same when i going to book they replied only sorry sir amount will be refunded in 7days and you need to go through fresh booking i don't have money to book again i said, they only sorry customer don't want any sorry, and i said i'll go to consumer forum they replied no problem sir.
