I travelled from JAISALMER to BIKANER on 30/11/2020 6AM R.S. 800/-by CHOUHAN TRAVELS HANUMAN CIRCLE JAISALMER. then I travelled from BIKANER to KURUKSHETRA on 30/11/2020 6:45PM R.S. 1000/- by MILAN TRAVELS. I booked my ticket from REDBUS. REDBUS ticket did not have GST INVOICE. REDBUS told me ask BUS OPERATORS and BUS OPERATOR telling me to call REDBUS. I am tired calling both sides. I have travelled from Bhuj to Ahmedabad on 19th April 22 (PNR:[protected] & Ticket No:TR5H[protected] and i return travelled from Ahmedabad to Bhuj on 21st April 22 (PNR :[protected] & Ticket no:TR5K[protected]. I need GST invoice for office purposes. So kindly share those invoices .

Hi, i have booked a ticket in Redbus vide ticket id: TR[protected] dated 7th Jun-22. I need to get GST invoice. When i called Redbus, its a pre recorded message and not getting satisfied reply. When i called the bus operator they in turn asked me contact Redbus. How do i get GST invoice for the ticket booked. Pls. help

Hi, I travelled from Bhadradri kothagudem to Bangalore on Nov 5th 2022.I need invoice with GST in pdf format . I tried to reach redbus customer care, but no use.please send me the invoice. Otherwise I won't use this redbus for my travelling purpose due to the draw back of invoice download.

Thank you red bus worst experience pathetic service.When asked for GST bill customer care replied contact the bus operator for bill because red bus does not provide bill.For your kind reference I booked my ticket through red bus not the bus operator.Definietly not going to suggest red bust worst customer service
