Redbus — i want my money back

Hi, I took the ticket for Sanjay Neeta travels with Rs.1800 online from redbus. but later got to know the ticket was getting sold in Rs.1000/- and also the bus was not comfortable didnt reach in time.this is the second instance with redbus ticket i had disappointed with larger extend. there was no response to my previous request though.Why such pathetic service.
