[Resolved] Redbus — Increased the price of bus and cancelled ticket

I booked ticket in redbus 15days before my trip and 3days before my trip i got a call frm redbus support that the bus is cancelled and they will refund the amount or give last seat of non ac bus instead of ac bus frnt seat wch i booked or else they refund my money. bt when i opened the site the bus was still on list bt the price is doubled and remaining buses price also increased to double and its there responsibility to allot other seat in other bus bt when i asked the same they r nt responding and replying carelessly.
