I want to booked one seat in red bus dated on 22/02/2016 but driver not come at destination on any time and passenger was waiting many time .After that customer want to cancel the ticket but no responding so i want to refund my full amount which are already debited from my account. I have received Many Calls from +3844 and asked me that i am speaking from red bus and he want to get my banking ID & password in his portal but i denied the he told me i will not refund the amount. I want to Refund account my deducting SBI account whose ticket has been booked but journey not completed.

I booked my ticket from coimbatore to chennai instead of 15th apr 2016 at .10 pm by mistake I selected current data that is 14th Apr 2016 at..10 pm
latter(14th Apr 2016 at 6pm)i noticed my mistake and contacted national travels and red bus customer care
the both said no possibility to cancell aswell as change the travel date. .
my family members, friends and me a frequent user of red bus but now I decided to avoid red bus and I m going to spread this to all to avoid REDBUS.
