I booked family tript (2adults + 2kids) Bengaluru to Goa ticket for 22-Dec-2022 traveling via redBus (Ticket - TRD[protected] for Nida Tours and Travels.
Service provider Nida Tours and Travels had canceled the ticket on late night 19-Dec-2022 without providing any justification and without any alternate solution by rude agent with contact number [protected]. The agent says, he has right canceled the trip as per his wish. He had used abuse words with lady customer.
The amount refunded is also not 100%, as ticker booking charges are not refunded
Now the family leisure trip has become panic trip and possible loss of hotel booking Rs17000 + return ticket Rs 12000 Was this information helpful? |
