I booked 2 bus tickets online through the redBus website on 5th February 2023. Immediately after the payment was taken, I received the following on-screen message: "We're sorry! Your ticket could not be booked due to technical glitches. Please note we have received your payment, you need not pay again. Our representative will call you in the next 15 minutes to confirm the booking. You can use the reference number Ref. No.[protected] when you communicate with us". This was two days ago - I have received no call and no email contact, so do not have any tickets for my journey
None of the online contact systems work - when I try to use the live chat facility, it's necessary to log in first, but the login box does not work. There are no phone numbers anywhere on the internet, except for in India, and the customer support staff there say they cannot help me because I am not in India.
