This is Aditya Patil, and my compliant goes like this :
The bus (Starline) was scheduled from Mumbai to Pune at the time of 04:25 am, pickup point from Andheri east, but the bus operator responded after 2 hours that he's bus is still not crossed the Virar phata, which is far away and then I contacted the customer service of the redBus although they also gave me vague responses. I tried reaching on every platform but couldn't get the query solved which is my refund must be return because the bus didn't reach the pickup point on time got delayed for 2 hours+ and I had to take cab for it.
