[Resolved] Redbus — outstation cancellation | |||||
I had booked an outstation trip but cancelled next day. Trip was on 22nd i cancelled on 15th. I mailed them about cancellation as they requested. Inspite of calling multiple times, the cancellation is not done and i got trip details on 21st. This is very disappointing. I have called around 20 times and their customer support is not at all responding properly. Nobody picks, i have to try 10 times to connect. Was this information helpful? | |||||
