Hi, i bought a ticket from u for rs. 1299 on nov 6 2016 ticket nowy - tjc[protected]. when i boarding the bus, the allotted seat is occupied by somebody else. so, i have chosen the last seat. my co-passangers bought the tickets for rs. 450 & rs. 500. hence, u have cheated rs. 700. so, i need explanation & refund for this i[censored] failed to provide those. i will lodge a complaint against u.
