I booked ticket from hyderabad to thanjavur through redbus on 12th january 2023.I was waiting for the bus they sent van pickup to board bus but the bus was having rto issue we traveled more than 250 km by van to board the bus later at hosur the passenger complaint to police station regarding refund the inspector asked us to get the refund through redbus for traveled by van for 250 km then we boardee another bus and reached thanjavur around 4:30pm but we supposed to reach morning 9:30am. My entire plan was collapsed, kindly arrange to get the refund for the delay and used van for 250 km
