Redbus — Redbus is not refunding my money | |||||
Date of travel - 6 april 2016 Bangalore to kodaikanal I booked 2 tickets through redbus The bus was cancelled at the last moment and redbus CCE said refund will be in my account within 24 hours. They also asked me to make another booking, so I booked 2 tickets again and paid again. It's been a month and after several follow-ups and emails they are refusing to refund saying bus was not cancelled. the CCE's are just trying to buy time so that I give up and stop following up Please find the ticket details below TIN - TJ[protected] Amount 2398 Was this information helpful? | |||||

RedBus — I made the payment through your channel still the offer wasnt applied to the ticket
I booked a ticket through your gateway and the offer of 75off wasn't applied to it and my transaction got completed. my payment id is 68075804. ticket number than34943954. please look into this.
