I had booked tickets on Redbus on 20th January 2024.Initially booming was not confirmed but amount debited. So I tried again. The The amount was debited from my account twice. I I called them and they said that a refund of one booking amount had been initiated. But Instead of Rs 2961, I received only 100 rupees. Again I tried to contact them, but they did not respond
