I had accidentally booked a ticket on a wrong date and called the customer care within 5 mins. They asked me to book another ticket with the same operator on the correct date, after the journey i will get the refund for the first booking . I did so and the new ticket was much higher in charge.
I completed the journey on 11th January, today it is feb 3rd and i still have not got my refund.
I made around 10 calls to the customer care and they say they’ve initiated already. I even contacted my bank as per redbus suggested. Still no use. What should I do more? I’m very disappointed about this . Was this information helpful? |
