[Resolved] Redbus — refund of money as we didn't travelled | |||
No you didn't resolve my problem... I put trust on redbus and totally dissatisfied as though i wanted to cancle my ticket, no one from traveller nor redbus cooperated with me to cancle it and blamed on each other for cancellation and refund of money... So much disappointed with redbus... Because i didn't know the travel agent... I know redbus... And put faith in it... But disappointed Was this information helpful? | |||

I tried booking in REDBUS they just took the money and ticket was not booked. First they said they will refund in 2-7 working days now they are saying they will betaking 10 working days for refunding.MENTIONING THE PROPOSAL NO:[protected] as it was their fault then why should i wait for my money

Today I have booked tickets from Bangalore to Belagavi for journey on 19 December 2019 for two seats, amount of Rs 1366/-deducted from my account but ticket is not yet confirmed. so arrange to refund the amount at the earliest to my bank account at the earliest.
