[Resolved]  Redbus — refund of money from cancelled bus

Dear sir, my bus ticket was booked from bangalore to karimnagar on 25/12/2018. Due to technical problem bus cancelled and they inform that refund will come within 5 days but still refund not yet come, please refund the money at earlies.

Dear sir,
My travel cancelled from bangalore to karimnagar on 25 december 2018 booked on red bus, they said within 5 days money will come to account, but money not deposited, after that they replied that money transfer on 25 december 2018 only. I went to bank, check the bank statement, and discussed with bank manager also, there is no refunf from red bus in my account on 25 december 2018. please my request deposit money in my account at earliest. its very important for me.

I have booked my ticket on[protected] but still today[protected] my ticket refund is not credited in my bank account and i have already complain 4/5 time but not proper response about my payment status and all customer care agent have same answer like we will reply you in 24 hours but no any email, text or call about my payment status.

how can i send ticket number mam because ticket not booked and payment debited from account and just display messgae "Your ticket is not confirm please book again your seat" so i have not received ticket number and i have just date 14-12-2018
I traveled from Bangalore to Hubli on 27th December'18 and back on 29th Dec'18 which i booked ticket online through redbus.

I did not get gst invoice and i require gst invoice. My ticket number is as follows
