Dear Sir, Due to the demise of our Former CM your bus service was cancelled by Liucky Travels. the travellers had called me and intimated me that sincethe trip is cancelled by them the redbus will refund the entire amount transferred from my credit card. Im a regular customer of redbus and expect redbus to immediately refund the ticket charges of Rs:3250 back to my credit card(Ticket number:TJCY[protected] PNR nUMBER:TS-RB37504220FAP/68021 DATED :5th december 2016. I had booking from meerut to jaipur by pooja travells on 18th nov 2016 & recieved massage from pooja travells that the bus got as rto got cought the bus. I have called the pooja travells and lodged the complaint at redbus but not got refund. Ticket no. TJCE77329959, PNR NO. 51075546
