Hi team,
I have booked a bus ticket in redbus mobile application. The ticket is from bangalore to goa and the travel date is 29/12/2017. Ticket id is tkd[protected]. Due to some plan change i want to cancel my travel tickets. I called to redbus customer care on 16/12/2/017 but they told that amount is not refundable as per cancellation policy.
While i booked the tickets we checked the cancellation policy and it was not mentioned that amount is not refundable in their mobile application policies. Please find the attached screenshot. When we raised the same concern with redbus team they denied to accept their mistake in mobile application and responded that the cancellation policy is mentioned in e-ticket issued after booking the ticket. Before booking the tickets they showed one policy while issuing the ticket they are enforcing another policies. You can check the attached screenshots for your reference.
Now a days its very common to cancel tickets with cancellation charges. I have given around 15 days prior notice to cancel my tickets but they are not refunding the amount back. How come they expect their customers to loose their 100% amount without travelling or using their services. It is so unfair to charge 100% from the customer and giving irresponsible answers to their queries.
I request akosha team to take this issues to concerned authorities and solve this problem. I hope your team can solve this problem and stand besides customers.
