Redbus — Regarding bus operators cancellation and irresponsibility of redbus and making female passenger unsafe

I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hospet on 22nd November and changed the date to 24th November even I paid the extra 200 for the bus. When i contacted the redbus about confirmation on seat and as I dintvget the ticket they informed me that your tickets is confirmed and you can travel with the same ticket but when I the passanger entered the seat some other lady was sitting.I contacted vrl they said it's her seat and at the time of departure i contacted the redbus then they informed that my ticket has been cancelled.if I dint call they would not even bother about that as a female passenger it made so insecure in Bangalore dint knew what to do next. When tried to contact redbus they are trying to escape from ending chart giving time.untill now i dint even get refund
