As per redbus ticket - tn7q[protected]Pnr - pbnl0001972), i booked a ticket (For my mother) on redbus.in from latur (Maharashtra) to hingoli (Maharashtra) on 26th june 2019 at 10:30 am. However, when i reached the latur bus stand the authorities at he bus stand said that the timings for this bus at redbus.in are incorrect and the correct timing of the bus is 9:45 am. Also the officials did not give me a call before bus leaves latur bus stand even though my number was mentioned on the ticket. This is very unprofessional behavior by st officials at latur (Maharashtra). So my mom missed the bus and there were no alternate buses available to hingoli around that time.
So i request redbus to make sure the bus timings on their websie are accurate.
Also i request my ticket amount to be refunded by redbus.in because of the inconvinience caused due to the incorrect timings.
