[Resolved] Redbus — Regarding Refund | |||||
I booked a ticket on 10.09.2016 to travel from COIMBATORE to BANGALORE. The ticket booked on 10.09.2016, ticket no. TJA[protected], PNR NoMSASC5X of Shama Sardar Travels.On 11.09.2016 at around 10.00AM, I got a call from the operator(Shama Sardar travels), stating that the bus has been canceled due to some reasons and I have to do my own arrangements for travel. When I asked about the refund of ticket cost he said that it will be refunded to my account by red bus directly. Then on the same day, I informed to the customer care of red bus about this incident and they assured me that I get my refund in one week.But till now I did not get any refund. I raised this request one month before still i did not get my refund.Everytime they gave me the same reason that "they are working on the resolution and will come back".
