Redbus — Regarding wrong fetching of date while booking | |||||
I was a regular customer of redBus..I booked my tickets for 27th and got message for 24th. I talked with their customer care representative on 24th. He told that they having some problem in server that date of booking is being fetched as date of journey..also he promised me that I'll get new tickets for my journey in my registered mobile number.. But i didn't get any tickets and until today I didn't get any refund also.. *RedBus number one cheating site for booking.. Don't use this app..* If anyone can help me.
