Redbus — Seat Issue while booking in redBus portal

Hi Team, Pls find the below details as per the ticket and my booking my seat is E1 & E2 but as per Neeta travels list it was F1 & F2 which is last sleeper. I have travelled for 16 hours with my wife and at the last row. This is really unacceptable as redBus is just apologies the issue and no care for customer. Also this happened because i booked my ticket in redbus. Due to some technical issue. I have called to redBus customer care and they asked me to travel in the same bus in last seat. When i have booked other seat why should i travel in last seat and post travel when i contact redBus they are not giving me a proper response.
