I booked 2 ticket from darbanga to delhi on 23rd may from new travel india (RED BUS). The bus owner or supersvisor suddenly change the boarding place . The new boarding place is far 1 to 1.5 hours . Then i call the red bus customer care, the customer care take conference call to driver, the owner said that if you don't reach the new boarding place then cancel the ticket, i do the same but don't recieved refund till date. I call again customer care after 2 days then customer care again take conference with driver, now the owner of bus lying all communication and said that i dont refund not a single penny to you, you can call customer care again and again i dont care . This is the behaviour he shows to customer in front of red bus customer care . Pls help me and refund my money back .
