I'm Ajay from Pollachi has booked the ticket for my cousin on the date 10.10.2014 for the journey from chennai- pollachi via. jai hanuman travels on 21.10.2014 via. Redbus . I've selected the seat, it routed to the payment gateway and i've paid the amt via. credit card ( SBI ) of Rs.999 /- Once its done, i was waiting for the ticket to be printed, but what happened is i didn't get the ticket, so i called the customer service and asked about this. they've confirmed me the ticket has not been generated on such cases, the amount will be refunded to the credit card within 7-9 working days. I've called them again in the midst of the last week to confirm my transaction status. they've told me the same answer. when i checked my card statement via. online today, nothing has been happened so far. But my last paid statement is for Redbus with 999 Rs. has been transfered successfuly for non printed eticket. I just wanted to know when i will be receiving the amount from them without any hustles. I just want the proper team to take a look at this issue and resolve mine ASAP.
