[Resolved]  Redbus — Ticket is cancelled by Redbus, received message refunded successfully but not received in my gpay account.

I have booked Redbus on Nov 9th from Chennai To Virudhunagar and it was cancelled by Redbus due to Bus breakdown. Ticket no. TSC[protected]. I received refund successful message on Nov 16th and never received my payment in my original payment method GPAY. Screen shorts attached. This is not first time Redbus does this. I see many people facing this issue.
