I was trying to book a ticket and money got deducted but booking was not processed again i have tried to book the ticket. I got the booking but the amount was deducted twice. Red bus had deducted the amount twice it's already been debited and it is also reflecting in the bank statement.
So i need the refund now.
Please do the needful.
