Redbus — Worst service ever i experienced!

I Sourabh Jagdale booked two ticket via redbus.in on 27th November 2015 for the journey from Thane to Nashik. our boarding point was Theen hath naka, Thane. I booked seat of Dolphin Travel House . MY Ticket no: THCQ83265666 & PNR no: 36219917 . ticket no: THCQ32537334 & PNR no: 36222326 . we were two guys going for the INTERVIEW which was on 28th morning .When we reached on boarding point with all documents at 11.45PM(please note the time) I tried to call on given numbers a lot but they didnt pick my call...at last at 12.10PM dolphin travels ([protected])picked my call and said the BUS WAS ALREADY CANCELLED FOR THE DAY !!! CAN ANYBODY IMAGINE ?? AT NIGHT DOLPHIN TRAVELS TELLING ME YOUR BUS IS ALREADY CANCELLED AND WE HAVE INFORMED TO REDBUS ABOUT IT .WE ARE SORRY !!! IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE . after some time dolphin travel agent called me to seat in other bus at the last row in corner(seat no.34 &35) They totally trapped us and I didnt have any option.(NOTE-I AM A PERSON WITH BACK PAIN) I want my money back. I booked two seats total cash of 608RS. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN CHARGE SERVICE TAX ? IF THEY CANT GIVE PROPER SERVICE These bus booking agents dont have any idea of our valued time and journey ! I WILL NEVER EVER TRAVEL BY DOLPHIN TRAVELS AND NEVER BOOK MY SEAT ON REDBUS AT ALL !!
