[Resolved] Redbus — Wrong Billing by redbus.in | |||||
For Ticket no: TJCK75333377 PNR no: 51226155, while booking the ticket through redbus.in, after deduction of money from my credit card, I received a failure message from Red Bus. Thus I have booked another ticket at that moment considering the message as genuine. Now for the mistake of redbus, I had to booked another ticket. Thus I need the refund of Rs421 for this Ticket which was showing error message on redbus website while the payment is deducted from my account. I have contacted the customer service of redbus and also wrote several emails to the company but they are not agreed to the fact that there was a error. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Any update on my refund amount to be received. The date of booking was 22nd Nov 2016 and now it is 2nd Dec 2016.
Why should the settlement took so long time if you have been provided with all details and proofs of your own mistakes.
Please let me know if you are really serious about closing this issue.
