[Resolved] Redbus — Wrong Boarding Point Mentioned | |||||
On Dec 27 I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Udupi. Redbus showed boarding point as Kalasipalyam. When I contacted the bus operator for confirmation on ticket, he said the boarding point was not valid. Although the operator said the amount will be refunded via redbus (considering it as a cancellation due to their mistake), I did not get any information nor any refund. After continuous follow up also I have not got valid answer or action from both bus operator and redbus team. I have faced several issues with this even before and in recent past as well. Ticket was booked on Dec 27th for Dec 27th. Message info copied: Ticket no: TJDQ73823223 PNR no: TS-RB38936155MHK/3594475/BNG-UDUPI-MANIPAL -10:30 PM Bus operator(Sea bird tourist) contact number: [protected]\[protected] Ticket copy is being attached.
