[Resolved]  Redbus — Wrong Boarding Point Mentioned

On Dec 27 I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Udupi. Redbus showed boarding point as Kalasipalyam. When I contacted the bus operator for confirmation on ticket, he said the boarding point was not valid. Although the operator said the amount will be refunded via redbus (considering it as a cancellation due to their mistake), I did not get any information nor any refund. After continuous follow up also I have not got valid answer or action from both bus operator and redbus team. I have faced several issues with this even before and in recent past as well.

Ticket was booked on Dec 27th for Dec 27th.

Poor customer support
Refund which was promised was not done
Failed cancelling tickets

I have more complaints on redbus. I shall bring it forward once this is answered and i get my money back
