[Resolved] Rediff Online Shopping — Customer harassment & product not delivered. | |||
Dear sir, I am intimating you that I ve ordered a product from rediff on last Sunday (11May). But still now I ve not received the product. Even if I also called CC many times but no body responded my call. Finally today I was able to contact with the CC team with Pratik, Dinesh, Namratha. They also gave me the wrong information. As I asked them to transfer the call to the higher authority, They cut my phone.They told me that the Item has been delivered through Blue Dart Courier. But the Consignment no B09777320 belongs to DTDC ourier. But they sent me a mail that the item has bee delivered . Till now I ve not received the consignment no of the shipping & as well as providing the wrong information to customers. Rediff is providing the worst service to the customers & harassing the customers. Pls take proper action against the above fact.
