Rediff Shopping — Fake consignment number & no response from Rediff Shopping

Dear Sir,
I have ordered an "Alluring Marble Ganesha" worth Rs 1949 with order number 9341567 through Rediff Shopping on 16/03/2014. On 22/03/2014 I tried to see the status of my order through track status which was showing that my order has been sent to blue dart courier with fake consignment number. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

Updated by amis_shankar Also when I tried to contact customer care through the toll free number given, It lead to international call. Also the phone number given is without STD code.
