Rediff Shopping — Refund Money Not Received

I have ordered Watch and the same received in damaged conditioned piece. So I have sent back to Rediff via Professional Courier and they paid my Professional courier charges. But Till now Rediff still not refund my product cost into my Bank Account. They have intimated as still in processing. It is taking more than 2 months.
