Redmi2 — No response on my shipped faulty redmi 2 by pickme service

Address:Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, 221002

I took the pick me service from Varanasi
and i submit the phone (Redmi2) at 17 October 2015,
and it delivered at 21 October 2015
after that i tried many time to know what is the status of phone
but customer care executive always say, it is under processing
while i have paid the charge rs. 189
please help me

1. Mujhe mera phone karib 35 dino baad service center se mil
2. Pahle jo problem thi woto thik kar diya
3. Aur 3 month ki warranty bhi extand kiya unhone qki unse delay huaa thank you
4. But faulty lcd laga kar de diya


jab dobara complaint kiya to fir se send krne ko bola gaya aur rs. 189 shipping charges
this is not good baaki chije aap khud samajh sakte hai
