I purchased these shoes Order no.RBK[protected] on[protected] and now it hasn't been 2 months and the right shoe sole came off. I sent numerous mails to Reebok India but the respoded that shors is 6 months old even after providing valid proof that the product is just 2 months old. Later on they arranged the pick up but was never done. I kept on mailing but now they have even stopped responding.

I would like to complain about the product quality as I have attached the pic of the product. I bought it 2 months ago even though I am not using it regularly and taking care of the shoes. I also don't have to walk a lot but still, within just 2 months it's started tearing from the inside. On 28th Jan, purchased a cap of with printed price of Rs1499 but they charge me Rs 1599. On asking a question they responsed price has been increased and tag is old.
