[Resolved]  Reebok India — Regarding my newly purchased shoes

Dear sir. I m frequent consumer of Reebok's prodct. i have purchased a reebok Ortholite shoes on[protected] from Reliance Footprint store Allahabad and now there is a defect on shoes i visited 2 times on the store and the store officials repaired my shoes couple of time but again and again defect is happening. i told to store manager to replace my shoes with same but he deny at all.so i want appropriate action form your side. i have attached the picture of the shoes and the bill also. i hope this matter handle by u soon.
