Hello Team,

This is regarding my recent purchase at Bajaj electronics Kondapur. I have purchased refrigerator worth 43000rs and the sales executive has promised to deliver the product on the next day. We haven't received product on the promised day. We have followed up with sales executive ( Chari) regarding the issue and he was rude while providing the answers over call. We got a call on the other day and product got delivered. When we verified the product, it was the display product they have sent us.Intially I have taken pictures of the displayed product when decided to buy. After comparing the product serial no. we received and the display product serial.no, we got to know that the product was same.

Bajaj electronics making people fool out of it by sending display products to their customers. I wanted to have a clear explanation of this issue. The service was pathetic and sales executive was rude at their behaviour. We as a customers believe in branded stores and purchase expensive products but you people are looting us by providing displayed/damaged products.

I would like to file a lawsuit on this issue to the consumer court with all the evidences i have. I'll never ever again trust bajaj electronics nor the people working. I'll make sure people not to get fooled by your marketing tactics.
